Got Bats in the Cottage?
I'm actually not sure what a belfry is. I've never know anyone who had one!
Here's what I normally do. Run around and wave brooms - hope they land on the floor, throw a towel over them. Freak out for about 5 minutes then, scoop them up in the towel and release quickly outside while I continue to scream and run inside. Pour wine, repeat.
Here is the trick - way easier but I would still recommend wine after.
- Open a door or slider
- Tie a white T shirt to a broom handle.
- Wave the broom in small circles so that the T shirt is constantly in motion.
- The bat will follow you outside like a pied piper.
Again, what does it look like when a piper is pied? So again I recommend wine.
